Conferences are fast-paced, high-traffic environments—attention is limited, and impact matters. I was tasked with creating a series of postcards for different brands within the same company, each tailored to the specific audience and context of the event.

Each card had to balance:

  • Brand recognition

  • Audience relevance

  • Message clarity

  • Visual boldness

While the layout structure remained consistent, the content, tone, and design details were fully customized per event.

Educational Conference – DegreesHelp

For an audience of adult learners, educators, and workforce development professionals, this postcard needed to convey credibility and opportunity. I leaned into DegreesHelp’s existing brand identity and positioned it as a trusted educational resource.

Design Highlights

  • Color Palette: Used DegreesHelp brand colors for immediate recognition

  • Typography: Academic-inspired typefaces with a clean, modern finish

  • Tone: Supportive, informative, and aspirational

  • Layout: Balanced text and graphic elements with emphasis on “Find the right degree for your future”


Home Industry Conference – Kozie

This postcard targeted homeowners and contractors at a home improvement-focused conference. Using Kozie’s established brand, I designed a card that spoke to a very specific vertical within the home services space.

Design Highlights

  • Tailored Vertical Messaging: Focused the copy around one key service area for sharper targeting

  • Visuals: Simple, bold graphics that hinted at improvement and transformation

  • Colors: Blue and orange from Kozie’s brand palette to build instant recognition

  • Call to Action: Direct and benefit-led—“Get matched with the right help for your home”


Lead Generation Conference – Modaramo Overview

This postcard represented the company’s capabilities as a whole at a B2B lead generation conference. The audience was marketing professionals, founders, and performance-based agencies. The tone had to be sharp and impactful, with minimal words but maximum clarity.

Design Highlights

  • Visual Simplicity: Bold type on a dark background with minimal color for a strong corporate feel

  • Core Message: “We build performance brands. Fast.” (or similar tagline)

  • QR Code or short URL for quick engagement

  • Back of Card: Clean grid showing verticals (education, home services, insurance, etc.) with subtle iconography


General Brand Conference — Modaramo Media

Audience: Broad—marketers, creative professionals, tech vendors, and prospective partners
Objective: Represent Modaramo Media as a creative, agile, and energetic company

Design Approach

  • Fun, Brand-Forward Tone: Showcased the company personality with playful but clean visuals

  • Vibrant Colors: Pulled directly from Modaramo’s brand palette for instant recognition

  • Quick-Hit Messaging: Explained what we do—content, strategy, media, and performance—with just enough spark to drive curiosity

  • QR Code or Contact CTA: Embedded for quick digital connection

These postcards proved that great conference design is about knowing your audience and respecting their time. Whether it's education, home services, or high-level B2B, each one had a different visual voice—but all were united by clarity, consistency, and conversion-driven design.
